Se puede usar cabina.aero sin cuenta. Si creás una, se guarda tu mail, tu nombre y, si entrás con mail, tu contraseña cifrada (nunca en texto). Si entrás con Google o con Apple, se guarda el identificador que te asigna ese servicio y el mail que te comparte. Sirve para entrar y para tener tus datos en todos tus equipos.
Rutas, aviones (perfil, consumo, peso y balanceo), notas, vuelos grabados (recorrido y horas), planes de vuelo, ajustes, los datos del piloto para el plan de vuelo (nombre, licencia, teléfono y firma) y las personas a bordo que cargues (nombre y los datos que pongas). Se guardan en nuestro servidor solo para mostrártelos y sincronizarlos entre tus equipos. Sin cuenta quedan solo en tu equipo.
Se usa solo en la pantalla de vuelo y en la bitácora automática, para mostrar dónde estás, calcular los datos del tramo y grabar el recorrido. Mientras hay un vuelo o un registro de la bitácora abierto puede seguir con la pantalla apagada o la app en segundo plano: en Android lo indica una notificación fija y en iPad, la flecha de ubicación de iOS. El permiso que se pide es solo "mientras se usa la app" (Android no pide "todo el tiempo" ni iOS "Siempre"): el GPS arranca siempre con la app a la vista. El recorrido grabado queda en tu equipo y, si tenés cuenta, en tu cuenta.
Si prendés la bitácora automática, el sonido se analiza en el equipo para reconocer cuándo arranca y cuándo se corta el motor, también con la app en segundo plano mientras hay un registro abierto. No se graba ni se envía a ningún lado.
Si mandás una sugerencia, se guarda el texto, la imagen que adjuntes y, si lo elegís, datos técnicos del equipo (navegador o sistema, versión de la app y errores recientes). Sirve para responderte y arreglar el problema.
Se registra cuándo entraste por última vez, cuándo usaste la app por última vez y desde qué equipo y versión (por ejemplo "Android 1.11"). El servidor guarda registros técnicos con la dirección IP por seguridad y para limitar abusos. No se usan herramientas de analítica ni de publicidad.
No vendemos ni cedemos tus datos, no mostramos publicidad y no te rastreamos entre apps o sitios. Para funcionar, cabina.aero se comunica con:
Todo viaja cifrado (HTTPS).
Mientras tengas la cuenta. Lo que borrás en la app queda marcado como borrado en el servidor, para que desaparezca también de tus otros equipos, y se elimina del todo al borrar la cuenta. Las copias de seguridad de la base se guardan hasta 30 días y los registros técnicos del servidor, hasta 12 meses.
En la app: Más → tu cuenta → Borrar mi cuenta. Se borran la cuenta y todo lo guardado en ella, y no se puede deshacer. También podés pedirlo por mail a diego@vincenti.com.ar desde el mail de la cuenta. Lo que esté guardado solo en tu equipo se borra desinstalando la app o borrando los datos del navegador. Podés pedir ver, corregir o borrar tus datos escribiendo a diego@vincenti.com.ar. En Argentina rige la Ley 25.326 de Protección de los Datos Personales; la autoridad de control es la Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP).
cabina.aero está pensada para pilotos y no está dirigida a menores de 13 años.

You can use cabina.aero without an account. If you create one, we store your email, your name and, if you sign in with email, your password in hashed form. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we store the identifier that service assigns you and the email it shares. This is used to sign you in and to keep your data on all your devices.
Routes, aircraft (profile, fuel burn, weight and balance), notes, recorded flights (track and times), flight plans, settings, pilot details for the flight plan (name, licence, phone and signature) and the people on board you enter. They are stored on our server only to show them to you and sync them across your devices. Without an account they stay on your device only.
Used only on the flight screen and by the automatic logbook, to show where you are, compute leg data and record the track. While a flight or a logbook entry is open it can continue with the screen off or the app in the background: on Android a persistent notification shows this, and on iPad the iOS location arrow. The only permission requested is "while using the app" (no "all the time" on Android, no "Always" on iOS): GPS always starts with the app in the foreground. The recorded track stays on your device and, if you have an account, in your account.
If you turn on the automatic logbook, sound is analysed on the device to detect engine start and shutdown, also in the background while a logbook entry is open. It is never recorded or sent anywhere.
If you send a suggestion, we store the text, any image you attach and, if you choose, technical data (browser or system, app version and recent errors), to reply and fix the problem.
We record your last sign-in, your last use of the app and the device and version (for example "Android 1.11"). The server keeps technical logs with IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. No analytics or advertising tools are used.
We do not sell or share your data, we show no ads and we do not track you across apps or websites. To work, cabina.aero talks to:
Everything is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
For as long as you keep your account. What you delete in the app is marked as deleted on the server, so it also disappears from your other devices, and is removed completely when you delete your account. Database backups are kept for up to 30 days and server technical logs for up to 12 months.
In the app: More → your account → Delete my account. The account and everything stored in it are deleted; this cannot be undone. You can also ask by email to diego@vincenti.com.ar from the account's email address. Data stored only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the browser data.
